Progressive countries, nations, companies, institutions, and organizations of the world send their people on international Exchange Programmes. Such people, when they return home they assume prominent positions to benefit their countries. Digital Transformation refers to converting processes, activities and models to meet digital economy requirements until the company is a fully networked digital organization. The five steps of digital transformation are: (1) Gain new experience and design innovative business models, (2) Develop digital DNA, (3) Adapt new technologies to an existing infrastructure, (4) Base decisions on data and not on feelings, and (5) Co-create and co-innovate with new partners. In Part 1 of Planning and Delivering Professionalism, we touched on the importance of the previous year ending as a baseline for the drafting of the new year personal and professional plans. In this episode we are focusing on the implementation of professional annual plans, and how we should empower our administrators and managers in taking care of us. The leadership styles of the professionals have direct impact of them. They are either enabled or disadvantaged by it. In conclusion, we are confirming that it is impossible for professionals to deliver on their business mandates without letting go and allowing their administrators and managers take control of their day to day office management. The Coaching Perspective is what we bring with into the coaching profession. We are who we are before we become Coaches. Often we tend to deny who we are but as we practice our coaching our true self shows up. In this podcast I am put myself out there so that my clients know exactly what shaped my world view and what do I bring to the coaching sector. I am proud of who I am, and I would like my clients to also be proud of who they are. That way I will be able to facilitate their transition into who they want to become in the future.
